Supplier Evaluation Policy

SERECO MANAGEMENT, S.L. carries out the evaluation of its suppliers to guarantee the selection, monitoring and evaluation of compliance with the requirements of our integrated management system. The main selection criteria are:

• The delivery of the service or product is carried out in a timely manner.
• The absence of quality, environmental and health and safety incidents.
• The cordial relationship between the supplier and SERECO.
• The best economic, term and quality conditions for your product or service.
• Suppliers with efficient and/or environmentally friendly products.

In the periodic evaluation of suppliers, it will be carried out based on the non-conformities generated related as a general rule with: Delivery time, quality of service, safety at work and environmental commitment. General supplier requirements: Compliance with regulations regarding the quality of your product or service, the environment, health and safety, compliance, protection of personal data, among others. Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management company

• Send a copy of the Activity License (Integrated environmental authorization, Activity License, …)
• Send a copy of the Authorization of the management and/or transporter company by the environmental body of your Autonomous Community.

Installation and/or maintenance company of fire protection systems

• Send a copy of the Fire Protection Systems Installation / Maintenance Company Registration
  Company supplying machinery and/or equipment for sale or rent:
• Send a copy of a document accrediting the correct maintenance and management of the waste produced:
• Maintenance sheet of the rented equipment.
  CE declaration of the equipment/s to be rented or sold.
• In the case of registered vehicles and machinery: ITV, technical sheet, compulsory insurance.
• Authorization to use machinery.
• Monitoring and measurement equipment: Also send the calibration and/or equipment verification reports.

Laboratory analysis companies for regulatory inspections

• ENAC accreditation (17025, 17020 …)

Maintenance of cooling and heating equipment

• Send a copy of the Registration of the installation / maintenance company of refrigeration and heating equipment.

Supplier of chemical products and/or dangerous substances

• Send the Safety Data Sheets of the dangerous substances.
• Inform about alternative substances that are more respectful with the environment.

Subcontractors

• Communicate to the person in charge of our company in charge of verifying your work, the types of waste that are generated during your activity, in order to inform you of the way to proceed with each one of them.
• Deposit the waste generated by its activity in the deposit areas defined for them. These areas are perfectly identified by signs. In the case of dealing with hazardous waste, the containment tanks will have an identification label attached, where the waste in question is clearly specified.
• Do not mix waste of different types.
• In case of doubt, always ask the personnel responsible for our company.
• Do not deposit toxic and dangerous waste, or containers and containers that have contained dangerous substances, such as: Paints, Oils, Greases, Solvents, etc. in areas not authorized for this purpose.
• Avoid spills when handling dangerous substances and if possible establish your own methods to avoid these incidents.
• If a spill occurs or leaks or deterioration of tanks containing dangerous substances are observed, notify the responsible personnel of our company.
• Rationally use natural resources, such as: Water, Electric Power, Fuel.
• Do not use public roads or sewers to dump toxic products or substances.  If you have any questions, ask our staff.
• Keep the facilities/works clean. Avoid clutter.
• Project an image of respect and care for the environment.
• Take the necessary measures to avoid abnormal noises.
• Keep in mind that repeated dumping of waste, even in small quantities, can irreversibly damage our environment.
• Adopt the good practice guides provided by the staff of our company.
• Appointment of Security Manager / Subcontractor Preventive Resource.
• Reception and adherence to the PSS in the case of Works.
• Certificate of Registration of Accredited Companies: For all subcontractors that are going to intervene in the subcontracting process. (L. 32/06)

Documentation to send to SERECO

• Civil Liability Insurance and agreement accidents and receipts up to date with payment.
• Prevention Organization: Contract with External Prevention Service and receipt of payment.
• List of Workers with ID and job position that will be updated according to the incorporations in the work. Last month salary payment signature.
• Risk assessment and planning of preventive activity of the posts and equipment of the subcontracted activity.
• Appointment of Preventive Resource and accreditation of its formation.
• RNT and RLC paid or supporting copy of payments to the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers.
• ITA or Registration and contract of workers.
• Training certificate, according to article 18 of the PRL law.
• Information to workers of having received the Risk Assessment according to article 19 of the PRL law.
• I received the delivery of the PPE’S.
• Certificate of medical aptitude of the construction workers.
• Certificate of being up to date with Social Security obligations.
• Certificate of being up to date with tax obligations.
• Manufacturer’s instruction book and EC declaration of conformity or RD 1215/97 adequacy.

Periodic maintenance of machinery.

• In the case of registered vehicles and machinery: ITV, technical sheet, compulsory insurance.
• Authorization for the use of machinery to be used by service workers.
