SERECO develops a great part of its services in the OIL & GAS sector providing solutions in the field of cleaning process or effluent treatment ponds with an innovative system that allows to extract the sludge deposited at the bottom of the ponds without the need to empty them or stop their operation.
Associated with this extraction system, we implement all the necessary equipment to dehydrate the sludge, separating the solid fraction from the water and, depending on the product, recovering the hydrocarbon that may be retained in it.
In the treatment of slop oil, SERECO will adapt to the needs of the client, being able to do it with modular mobile equipment -in the case of punctual actions- or with fixed plants, in those cases in which the production of slop oil is continuous, SERECO carrying out the design, the construction and the operation.
Our mobile treatment modules are totally autonomous and interconnectable, and are equipped with all the necessary equipment to carry out the most demanding jobs (two or three-phase horizontal centrifuges, vertical centrifuges, heat exchangers, plants for the preparation and addition of the necessary polyelectrolyte, steam boiler, etc.).
In the treatment of slop oil, SERECO will adapt to the customer’s needs, either with modular mobile equipment or with fixed plants.
In addition, SERECO GESTIÓN as an ENAC accredited Entity for the investigation and recovery of soil and water quality, also provides support in the environmental control of water and soil of the OIL & GAS facilities, carrying out preliminary situation reports and soil base studies, Exploratory and Detailed Investigations, Risk Analysis and Declaration of Conformity and Remediation Projects, execution of recovery plans, verification of remaining quality, control and monitoring.
SERECO GESTIÓN has the technical capacity to carry out the soil decontamination and remediation works necessary to return the site to its original state through the design and execution of remediation measures by applying different decontamination techniques both on-site and off site.
