We began being pioneers on the use of mobile filtration plants on the dewatering of bentonite sludge and perforation sludge, We currently have a large fleet of mobile filtration and centrifugation plants that enables us to undertake a wide range of projects—from small dewatering tasks to large-scale projects involving particle size separation and sludge dehydration from various industrial and construction processes.
For the petrochemical sector and various other industries, we have developed an innovative sludge extraction system.
This sludge extraction system for the sediments in process ponds, API separators, and wastewater treatment plants allows for cleaning without taking them out of service. It utilizes a radio-controlled ATEX dredger (approved by LOM) that does not require personnel to be present inside the ponds.
In the area of contaminated soils, we have developed a technique capable of reducing radiological contamination present in the soil, into a specific fraction.
This allows a high percentage of decontaminated material to be returned to the original site.
The research project and the setup of a pilot plant to develop this technique have been made possible with the support of the CDTI (Center for Industrial Technological Development) through EEA.
